Nazam

Nazam is an unstitched embroidered raw silk suit in black, carrying the most layered organza trim work across the daman and sleeves of any outfit in Mah-e-Noor Vol. II. The shirt is constructed across three embroidered and sequinned raw silk front panels, with the back in dyed raw silk. At the daman, an organza daman border is laid first, followed by two separate organza daman laces applied in sequence, creating a triple-tier hem edge of embroidered organza. At the sleeves, two separate organza sleeve borders are applied, one above the other, giving the cuffs double-layered organza embroidery rather than the single border or combined lace found elsewhere in the collection. An organza trouser border adds embroidered detail to the trouser hem, and the trouser itself is in printed raw silk, the only printed raw silk trouser across this collection. An embroidered and sequinned chiffon dupatta with an embroidered dupatta lace, handmade tassels at the neckline, and golden samosa and ribbon lace finishing complete the three-piece ensemble.
