Shipment Timeframes

Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan):

  • Unstitched items will be shipped within 3–5 working days of order confirmation.

  • If any delays are expected, we will notify you via your provided contact details. Please ensure your email and phone number are valid and up to date.

International Orders:

  • International deliveries will be shipped 8–10 working days after payment confirmation (via bank transfer).

  • Delivery times may be extended by 5–6 additional working days or more due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

Rerun Articles:

  • All rerun articles will be dispatched according to the given timelines.

Stitched Orders:

  • Shipping time for stitched orders is 10–15 working days.

Note: We are not responsible for any delays in international shipments due to customs, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, nor for failure to communicate such delays.

Delivery Charges

  • Charges are calculated based on the product type and delivery location.

  • All delivery charges are non-refundable.

International Shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

  • If a customer refuses to pay the applicable customs or import charges, the parcel will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
